Avida Cross Country Epic
Story
Editors Laura Gray from Caravan World and Ali Millar from The Wanderer magazines are taking on a Cross Country Epic!
With the very generous support of Avida Motorhomes, Laura and Ali will drive from Melbourne, Vic, to Perth, WA, in an Avida Birdsville motorhome to raise money and awareness for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
We are aiming to raise $1 per kilometre in caravan parks and campgrounds along the way, for a target of $3500. We will be visiting Murray Sunset NP in western Vic, Melrose, SA, Streaky Bay, SA, the Nullarbor Roadhouse, Eucla, WA, Fraser Range Station, WA, Kalgoorlie, WA before arriving in Fremantle, WA.
We are taking along a videographer and a photographer to document the trip, and the content will run across both magazines throughout May, June and July.
Readers, family and friends will be able to donate throughout this time.
