Wonderdog Walk
Wonderdog Walk for Breast Cancer Research
Story
Hello friends and fellow dog lovers,
We know first hand how the unconditional love and companionship of a dog can help people during life’s darkest periods and that includes cancer treatment. We are hoping that dog owners and dog lovers everywhere can donate a little to support NBCF and help make a difference to the one in eight women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
On Sunday, October 29 we are encouraging people to go for a walk with their dog and think about the wonderful role pets play in our lives as well as help us raise money for NBCF.
Simply, message your friends and organise to go for awalk, chip in a few dollars each and donate the amount via this page. Easy!
The Wonderdogs and I are also holding our own Wonderdog Walk at Long Reef, Collaroy at 9am on the 29th - all are welcome to join us on this casual 3km walk. Meet in Griffith Park from 8.30am and please wear something pink.
