Braving the Shave for Breast Cancer Research
Story
Hello!
We want to make a difference to the one in eight women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
At the age of 37yrs young, our dear friend, the gorgeous Brooke Procter, discovered a lump in her breast that has been confirmed as breast cancer. She has undergone surgery and endured a journey of chemotherapy and radiation. I admire Brooke's strength, positivity and the care and determination she has to increase awareness of this disease.
We would like to help raise awareness and contribute to the wonderful work that the National Breast Cancer Foundation do by holding a fundraising event on Saturday 12th January 2019 at the Western Workers Club. Tickets to the night include entertainment and cocktail food. A raffle with some amazing prizes will be held as well as a shaving bid. Tickets can be purchased through the Eventbrite link below:

If you are unable to attend but would like to donate some money to help the NBCF by giving whatever you can, please use the 'Give Now' button.
The more people that know about National Breast Cancer Foundation, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family.
Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
Activity
National Breast Cancer Foundation
The National Breast Cancer Foundation is the only national body that funds life-changing breast cancer research with money raised entirely by the Australian public. Research is the only way to prevent deaths, and improve how breast cancer is diagnosed, managed and treated. By funding only world-class research, the National Breast Cancer Foundation is working towards a goal of zero deaths from breast cancer.
