Australian Wings Academy FlyPink Fundraiser
Story
This year Australian Wings Academy is hosting its first annual FlyPink Charity Gala and Auction in support of Breast Cancer awareness and research. An initiative started by Captain Susan McHaffie, inspired by the QantasLink National Breast Cancer Foundation branded pink aircraft.
We want to make a difference to the one-in-eight women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
In supporting this great cause we wish to invite you to the SkyPoint Observation Deck, top floor of the iconic Q1 for an evening above the Gold Coast skyline as we raise awareness for this much needed foundation.
We realise some may not be able to attend the night but still wish to support this great cause and so we have setup this page for those who still wish to contribute.
All funds raised will go directly to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation is the only national body that funds life-changing breast cancer research with money raised entirely by the Australian public. Research is the only way to prevent deaths, and improve how breast cancer is diagnosed, managed and treated. By funding only world-class research, the National Breast Cancer Foundation is working towards a goal of zero deaths from breast cancer.
