Claire's Rack Pack - Race for Life!
Story
Hello beautiful people!
As you know, we have a bit of a battle on our hands at the moment, with Claire taking on her second round of breast cancer, whilst pregnant with our second child. Although Francois used to be an athlete (just ask him), he has recently been working really hard on his dad bod!
Over the next few months during treatment, Claire is going to be feeling a little bit nauseous, light-headed and sweaty so she threw down the challenge that Francois suffer something similar (but probably easier!). She has since decided that he must complete his first marathon and he will run his 42km, supported by friends and work colleagues from the Gold Coast University Hospital at the annual Gold Coast Marathon on 1st July 2018.
We have created this page because we want to make a difference to the one in eight women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
We are inspired by the work that National Breast Cancer Foundation do and want to help them reach their aspirational goal of zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030.
Please help me help NBCF by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button.
The more people that know about National Breast Cancer Foundation, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family.
Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
All our love,
Claire, Francois, Benji and the bump!
